Taking any idea you have and create something really special and unique, whether you have a mood board for us to work from, just a few sentences of an idea or you would like us to create you something unique. This means if there is something you like specifically in terms of style, flowers, theme, animals or something just personal to you, we can accommodate this accordingly. To us the design process is so important.

Please fill out the Bespoke Artwork Form, so we can get all the information you require to get in touch with you and start the process of giving you a quote. We will be in touch via email, and you can then send us any images or mood boards over.

If you are happy with the quote we ask for a £35 deposit in order to create the artwork for you and to secure your date of production (this is deducted from your final invoice). Once a deposit is received we send over the digital design for you to approve, before we start painting!

Once you pay the remainder of the balance, we create your dream jacket and accessories. At this point:
If we are sourcing your jacket you just leave us to it!
If you are sending us your jacket/s and accessories, we await the arrival of these, and notify you once we have received your items!
Once your jacket/s and/or items are ready, we will notify you via email that we are sending them to you signed for, next day delivery, gift wrapped and ready to look fabulous on your special day!
Bespoke jacket & Accessory enquiry form
Please note we will agree with you a specific timeframe when your jacket will be ready, which suits your wedding date and our workload – this will be agreed before payment is taken don’t worry! We also have times of the year where we can get very busy so we will only take on so many items at short notice, this enables us to uphold a high standard with our creations.
It is important to note that once we have customised your jacket/s and/or accessories, we do not offer any refunds, this is why we do recommend you source your own jackets and accessories to make sure they fit perfectly. We take a £25 deposit, and only once you have sent back you contract signed and we have received the deposit will we start your design proof for your approval. Once this has been approved (an email confirmation is required) then we require the rest of the money in order to start work. All this is in order to protect both parties.
We do not start any jackets until we receive payment in full (as stated per your contract).
When we receive your jacket we note any existing damages, take pictures etc.
Our jackets are hand painted & customised, we seal the paint with a special sealant that help the wear and tear on the design. However please note that over time the paints may wear and chip over time. Even though the paints are water resistant, we recommend you don’t wear in harsh weather conditions in order to keep your jacket in good condition. Care should always be taken when wearing and looking after your jacket, including hand washing only and using non harsh detergents.
We are NOT responsible for the loss of the items you send to us and we highly recommend you send it SIGNED FOR for to guarantee delivery to us and we always do the same back.
